Historic Rally Journey – La Carrera Veragua

Visit the Veraguas, the Spanish colonial territories in Central America.

And much more…

First things first: Do you still associate Nicaragua with the Somoza dictatorship and the Contra war of the 1980s?
Relax – that’s history.
Today it means spectacular nature, safe travel, incredibly friendly people and refreshingly little mass tourism.
In short: colonial charm, relaxed atmosphere and absolutely impressive.

This historic rally journey takes us to the north of Costa Rica, around Lake Nicaragua and Lake Managua, through the fantastic colonial cities of Leon and Granada, past the beaches of the Pacific and back to Costa Rica.
Total distance: 1,768 km.

0% Competition, 100% Guided

As with all our rallies, we have not included any competitive elements.
The focus is on luxurious travel, with very relaxed schedules, safe speeds, more than enough time for sightseeing and socializing with old and new friends. You don’t have to work through logbooks, you don’t need special clothing, no map work, no night driving, no competition licenses, no helmets, etc.

All this with your personal rally leader, on the most beautiful roads and in the best hotels and lodges.

The Veragua Rally currently takes place on two different dates from December to September and is limited to a maximum of 8 teams per year.

This historic rally also starts and ends at Hacienda Equis I, our private residence.

The program, prices, and dates for La Carrera Veragua can be found on our download page.
